1 - All merchandise returned must be intact, tags on, and unworn.

2 - Merchandise must be returned within two (2) weeks upon receipt for refund.

3 - Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) days upon receipt for exchange.

4 - Always include either receipt and/or name and address in a note explaining the

     reason for the return or exchange.

5 - Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result of

     an error or damage on the part of LBJ Jeans or the manufacturer.

     Please ship standard mail or UPS ground.

6 - If a garment has been altered, it may not be returned.
